Try this product if you make your own pre workout drink. I have been using this for years and provides the tingles I like when in the Gym. I add this to my own mix of supps prior to going to the gym. Creatine, BCAA, BodyTech Nitrulline and some water is all you need to rock and roll. I do not use any form of caffeine. I know it helps me with getting a couple more reps out of each set. I work out alone so do not have anyone to help me go to failure. I get as close as I can and then move on to the next set. Awesome stuff.

Taking this for the pump while working out. Works great! I actually like the tingle I get from N.O. products. I know it doesn’t make me stronger but the pump keeps me working longer and harder!

This is the best Beta-Alanine I've tried, and I've tried several. I get quite a bit of lactic acid built-up in certain muscles, especially the neck and shoulder areas, from many years now of regular and at times quite heavy weight-training. Stretching gives some limited relief. Professional massages work well but I can't afford them as often as I'd need for that to be a sustainable solution to the problem. This particular alanine relieved this muscle discomfort quicker and more effectively than any other I've tried. The tingling sensation that beta-alanine generally gives is rather stronger than with other brands, but its short-lived and I take it as a sign that it's doing the job of flushing out that lactic acid more rapidly and thoroughly that others. This works, buy it!
