I’ve been lifting for 15 years now and I can say this is top tier preworkout. I have tried everything under the sun from the original jack3d, craze, original no explode, and so on. This one ranks up there with the best currently on the market. It’s got a good taste with consistent energy. It isn’t TOO much of a shock if you like high stim energy. I will say if you haven’t had a fat burning pre before then proceed with caution as it has a cayenne pepper after taste (as most burn pre does). Overall I’d give it a 9/10. It’s good stuff!

This stuff does exactly what it says, works great but the taste is awful. I gave 4 stars only because of the taste.

Get the results of more expensive brands for a good price. I have the red, white and merica flavor, and have never had a preworkout where the after taste is spicy. This is likely burn formulation as it adds thermogenic ingredients to raise temps. Would you rather pay an extra $ to mask this flavor of the thermogenics is up to you. Start with a half scoop of you are sensitive to beta alanine.

Giving 3 stars because my review is solely based on my personal opinion on the taste. I do not care for the taste at all. I’ve tried an other 10oz of water to try and dilute, and I’ve tried with 4oz to chug and get it over with. Both times I was having a hard time keeping it down. At also maybe me continually burp for about 20 min. I can’t quite put my tongue on it but it almost has a sort of spicy/ jalapeños taste to it and I can’t stand it. I’ve had other flavors and liked it. This one just isn’t for me.

Lots of active ingredients that all help with getting the most out of a workout. I appreciate the value here for the pre workout, where a lot of other good products charge $20 more for the same quantity with smaller dosages of key things like Beta Alanine and L-Citruline. Not here. In adjusted to higher caffeine and a little stim and this doesn’t go overboard on either. Has a bit of a milky texture to it when mixed with water. Went two workouts with it and feel like the product is as good as any. My only hope is more companies move to more natural sweeteners. Sucralose is pretty rough on the body - if we could go to stevia extract that would be perfect. I recommend this pre workout for the price and the performance bump this gives you. Taste is pretty good too - I got the Red White and Blue (rocket pop?) flavor.

Does exactly what’s promised. Pretty sure this has legal clen in it. Did a normal workout (I’ve been lifting for 20+y, multiple bodybuilding comps, former PED user). After my lift I hopped on the treadmill, was pretty sweaty. Started at my warmup of 8 incline 2mph….heart rate check 190s!!! When I got up to 8.5 incline and 2.5mph heart rate was in the low 200s. Not sure this is remotely healthy TBH. Kinda concerned. I am a conditioned athlete in my late 30s that plays ice hockey 2x a week and lifts 5-6x while walking +20 miles a week with my dogs. I cannot imagine the heart effects on a younger person taking this to try to drop some weight, their heart will explode.

Do Not Buy! While the effects are decent, this product has a very brutal peppery taste that literally burns your throat as you are drinking it. The burn also lingers so you get to workout with what feels like a sore throat. Worst preworkout I have ever used because of this
