This kit is great! It’s sturdy and well thought out. The temperature indicator is helpful for gauging how much proofing you may need and the spatula is great for mixing and scraping the sides when discarding starter. There is no downside to this item except I lost or misplaced the cloth bonnet that comes with it. My bad!😊
