I have stuck this magnetic meat temperature chart on my fridge. It has temperature control for various meats including steak chicken pork. I have a digital thermometer and now I can measure temperature control accurately using this chart.

I keep this on my Blackstone, and its amazing to have great little guide, magnet strength is really good even in the heat, the size is pretty good its large but not too big that messes with my setup, I highly recommend this to anyone who loves grilling.
