Brilliant for arthritis sufferers. Father in law was struggling to do the crossword or make lists etc due to his arthritis in his hands. After some research bigger pens was suggested so thought I'd give these a try. They e been brilliant, he's back doing his crossword and no pain at all. Handy string to put round your back too so it's easily accessible. Would highly recommend.

Have very bad osteoarthritis in hands, particularly thumbs, and had given up even trying to sign anything because of the pain. These pens are brilliant. It isn't necessary to grip too tightly to use, and the ink flows smoothly so no extra pressure needed. Love them.

Nice chunky pen wit rubber easy grub, brilliant for people with arthritis of the fingers and hand. 6 pens in various colours and 6 refills, excellent value for money! No more setting pen down in work and not finding it, comes with colour co-ordinated lanyard , to hang around the neck . Would recommend 👍

These look like a bit of a novelty pen but in fact can be very practical. I bought these for my Mum who has arthritis and carpel tunnel syndrome in her hands. She finds holding normal width pens very difficult. However, these she finds much easier due to their thickness and uses daily. The lanyard is also practical for the elderly or less abled user. So far they've lasted a long while and have a sturdy quality. Also well priced and I would recommend.
