So cute!
I needed a radio for my desk at work. I was really worried this cute little radio wouldn't get good reception in the office, but it works great!. The speaker is lnt the greatest but I use headphones with it so my coworkers don't have hear my funky taste in music. The headphone sound is great. I love that it has a power cord or can also be used with batteries. It was a great price. It's kind of fun to have to tune into the station like the good old days with a knob.

Was for emergency but now for fun too!
Just a beautiful radio. The tuning is good. The sound is excellent for something so small.Comes with AC power cord and does take batteries. When not in use, the power cord will conveniently store in the battery compartment.I connected my iPod to the unit via 3.5mm jack. Played some Billie Holiday and I swear, sounds like I own a gramophone. The sky blue color is on point too! I love this thing!!!Btw, I got this in case of some dooms day emergency... sometimes you have to get battery compatible items!

Great radio, easy to use
Cute and functional. We like playing that while cooking and doing some "free dance" with the kiddos. We use it plugged into the wall and for FM stations. I am not sure how the sound quality would compare to more expensive radios, but it is more than good enough for our purposes.

Cute and functional… color is beautiful
My son received this as a birthday gift (he is 13) and he thought it was great. He loves all things vintage and this fit the bill. It is easy to use and then sound quality is crisp. It is small enough to not take up too much space. He received the green color and it is so pretty!

Nice Little Radio
This really seems to be a nice little radio. It has really good reception for receiving as many FM stations as possible. I did not try for the AM stations since those are rather few and far between. I like that it has a separate on and off switch....and yes, at first glance the "on" lettering could look like it says "oil" as one reviewer commented. It is actually lower case lettering for this particular font that they are using, which kind of has this appearance. It is made to look like a vintage style lettering. The tuning dial works very well and I can fine tune the stations as needed. However, the volume dial has a "hair trigger" of sorts. I have to really work at getting the volume where I want it.....either the sound is as low as a whisper, or its loud enough to fill the room. I'm not sure what the deal is with that, or maybe I got a radio with a more sensitive volume dial. Other than that it is a really nice little vintage radio with the option of plugging it into a wall outlet, or using 4 "C" size batteries.

Great Radio
Bought for my mom after her radio from 1980 finally died and was falling apart (legit was held together by ducktape). My mom loves the vintage 50’s/60’s style design and that the power cable can be stored inside and you can use batteries if power goes out.
