I have tried other products to address teeth grinding--this one is far superior. The instructions to set the mold, include a video link to ensure you have a real example how to make it correctly. There are 2 thicknesses to choose from and there are 3 molds for the more thin version (what I am using) and 2 thicker. The last time I purchased a different product it only came with one set of molds and cost the same. They offer customer assistance if needed- but the instructions were clear and I didn't require that. The mold came out perfectly and is easier to use than the previously used products that broke down quickly. I am recommending this to family member who also grinds teeth and needs help.

Initially I loved the idea of having a video tutorial but I was irritated that its FB operated. The QR code directs you to FB Messenger for a video link to demonstrate the instructions. What if i didn’t have social media? Secondly the video is 18mins long. That’s excessive. Quite honestly I also don’t like the idea of leaving a social media foot print because I purchased an product- it’s an invasion of privacy. This was a business transaction & the company is reaching out in an informal way. It should be basic email customers professionally. As for the actual product- I am so disappointed. This set comes with multiple sizes 3, 4, & 6 none are labeled, annoyingly. Each guard is also universal to fit either the top or bottom row of your mouth. As far comfort, I dislike the bulge it forces on your lips. It’s bulky all around forcing your lips to protrude & subsequently drooling. It feels unnatural in the mouth. Because it’s so bulky, you only require one to sleep in. It gives you the sensation to want to chew being thick, which causes more drooling. For someone like myself this feels like a big chang. I wish this was thinner around the gums for an easier transition. As someone who had braces, I had retainers more comfortable than this. It’s too big for me. You absolutely have to keep your mouth closed or else it’ll force you to drool. I’ve attempted to use this 3nights in a row & each morning I wake up with the guard beside me because it fell out during the night. This feels likes a sports mouth guard more than an overnight grind prevention guard. For obvious reasons I understand why this can’t be returned but I am very disappointed in a waste of $20.

Easy to mold and worked like a charm! Slept with it perfectly without worrying about grinding! Fits well no poking.

I’m happy we order this for my child. She is 9, and the small size in the package fits perfectly- was easy to mold. She is excited to wear it at night. Looking forward for less stress and grinding her teeth. The price is also a deal! I first bought a 30$ one piece but it do y mold well. Was from thin and from another company. I looked fue a second one and this works! I wish it was thinner but I can’t complain- the price is good!

Bought this to address night time grinding. Need to scan a QR code to get video - but wait - it takes you to a sight where customer support needs to send you a link to the video. Feels a lot like social engineering. The video is long and majorly overkill. The process is not that difficult (if you’ve ever had mouth guards before). Functional - yes - but going to take time to get used to. I go about 1/2 a night and need to take it out - not exactly comfortable and I find myself chewing on it in my sleep - which is not good for TMJ. Thickness, quality, durability all good. Update on the QR code - now I’m getting messages to my Facebook Messenger account. Not exactly happy about that.

I recently purchased The ConfiDental Mouth Guard due to grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw in my sleep as a result of high levels of stress. For months now, when I wake up my teeth (mainly the molars on the left side) would be burning hot from the friction. My jaw hinges would be so sore when I woke up that I would have to apply a heating pad to each jaw joint for at least 15 minutes before the pain would slightly subside.
