The results I had on first attempt to open it, when grasping the knife cap to expose the knife blade, the cap came off along with the tip assembly stuck in it, with attached battery feed wires and of course breaking the wires from the soldered connections. To most of todays purchasers, this event would trigger a rant and rave fest. Oh my, the horror, the trauma, and yes the drama. Within a couple of minutes, I had it repaired and back together. Works great, product is very well made, only issue with mine was there was no bonding at all between the tip assembly and the battery casing where it inserts . I just used a bit of super glue to reassemble , ensuring only the cap comes off next time.

Works well. Multiple heat settings, it’s not the easiest to use, but the printed manual that comes in the box explains it well. You’ll want to read that. Comes with two tips, that’s a huge plus. If you break one you’ll always have the other as a backup, just don’t lose it or throw out the box with it in there! Battery life seems great, for now anyway. It’s heavier than I thought it would be, not the most ergonomic I suppose. For the price I’m going 4/5 stars. Doesn’t waste concentrate like a lot of these things do and is very reasonably priced. Not sure how well the matte coating / paint or whatever on the outside of the metal case is going to hold up over time.

So this ended up being great at first, but quickly died after 3 weeks. Won't charge on any charger. Just dead. Opt for the Saber. I used this for concentrates.
