Great item! Fun to use, and super easy. Made a delicious tart with this.

I am anything but pleased with this product. I bought because the picture shows it peeling a cucumber in one complete strip. When I put my cucumber on it and turned the handle, all it did was hollow out the end of my cucumber. I started cooking asian cuisine and cucumbers are a big part of it. This just doesn't work.

this is great! i got it to make sheets out of apples and carrots because i don't like the mouth feel of them otherwise and it definitely does the job. it's easy to use and easy to clean.

I would have given it a 5, but it isn't what I would call a super quality product. With that being said, I want to tell you that it does what it says it will do. I have used it for about a month now and everything (potatoes, cucumbers, etc.) gets cut just the way it was promoted. I made hash browns with the blade designated and have no complaints. Like I said......... It does what it says it will do, just ain't made out of steel. I'm happy with it and if I break it....... I will buy another one (clear enough?)

The product worked, but in no way was it super easy. For the price the product is fine, but I would suggest if you are a cook who wants a more through slicer this may not be the product for you.

Not for me 😑 results not worth the time or effort,used apple,what a mess😶, perhaps if it were metal,& food holders as well and larger,maybe,otherwise just use a hand peeler,faster,less to prep,less to clean up🙄.

Do not buy. This item is defective it and the sale of it should not be supported on Amazon. It is impossible to use at all, on any of the settings, as the parts created to hold the vegetables or fruit decimate the inside of the food product, resulting in a a hollowed product that you cannot rotate to slice. This product is a blatant scam, and any one that has purchased this on Amazon should receive a refund or credit.

Really happy with my purchase. Have used it on potatoes, apples, and sweet potato with great success. It creates a core once the Vegetable is peeled, which you can then slice to make buttons to fry up. It took a couple tries for me to get the pressure right when starting the vegetable. ( Controlled with your Left hand on the device) But now I’m a pro, and people are impressed with what I create

While I had high hopes that this would work well to make zucchini noodles for lasagna, the result was: useless shredded pieces of the fruit that look nothing like the picture and getting impaled with the blade under my fingernail. After reading the instructions and trying several techniques over the course of half a dozen zucchinis there was just no hope. This thing does not work.

Nothing to complain about. Just be careful the blades are SHARP!

verall, I'm quite happy with the Starfrit 092943 Fruit and Vegetable Sheet Slicer. It’s great for slicing fruits and vegetables into thin sheets, and the two thickness options (0.8mm and 1.2mm) provide some versatility. However, I wish there were more thickness settings to choose from. Additionally, the slicer leaves a fairly large core, which can lead to food waste. Despite these minor issues, it's a handy kitchen tool for anyone looking to make thin vegetable or fruit sheets.
