Pros: -Works well -Has different settings to customize for your needs / preferences -Quiet pump -Strong compression, especially for size of pump -Unplugs so you can get up if you need to mid-cycle Cons: -Does take a bit of effort to get on and off -Could be a little longer for taller people like me, doesn't fully cover length of my quads -Wish it had a glute and/or hip section, although I'm not sure a product like that exists It's amazing to me what you can get online these days, especially at the prices you can get them for. In years past, this device would have been difficult to find or even know about, would have come through a doctor or PT, or a medical supply store, and would have been outrageously expensive / unaffordable, costing hundreds of dollars with or without insurance, and definitely without the foresight and reassurance reviews offer. For being such a relative bargain, with mostly solid reviews, it's really amazing how well designed and effective it is. It feels and looks like a much more expensive product than it is. I've been using this for the past 3 weeks or so. I finally pulled the trigger as I'm preparing for a couple of races later this year, one being and ultra marathon and the other a full marathon. This means I'm regularly running 20-30+++ miles a week, so your legs get pretty dang banged up and I kept running into minor to moderate injuries. So far, it does seem like this helps! I try to use them on days when I run and days when I cross train my legs, i.e. hit the weights and lift, and it seems like it's been helping as part of my regimen to recover from my training. Now, of course, I'm doing other things to help recover as well, such as ice baths, stretching, massage gun, etc., but I do feel like this has been helpful in contributing to that recovery regimen. The product quality gets a 5 star rating, easily. The actual wraps are good quality material and the velcro seems high quality and very solid for long term, regular use. They also will send you free extenders if you have thicker quads and the wrap doesn't fully reach around, but I have relatively large quads and I don't use over half of the velcro. Additionally, the control device / pump is amazing. It's so small compared to other compression pumps I've seen in the past, SO quiet, and SUCH a sleek design. With a bunch of different, intuitive ways to program the cycle as well, it makes it great for anyone using it. As I mentioned above, it really makes the product feel like it's a lot more expensive / fancy than it actually is. My only critiques so far are, first, that I do wish it covered more of your quad. I'm a tall 6'1", short 6'2" man, with longer legs, and it goes just under 2/3 of the way up my quads. Additionally, I wish there was some function for the glutes / hips, but that may just be unrealistic. Finally, the biggest critique I have is echoing what other people have said...they are a bit of a pain in the you know what to get on and off. I didn't really believe that part of the reviews and thought it was just people complaining, but the truth is, it definitely takes effort to get them on and off. To be frank, this kind of deters me from using them as much as I would like to. It's not only the wrapping part, it's that there are 8 pieces in total, with 8 straps, and multiple air hoses and wires to navigate, that make it such a pain. I would say, even with practice, I'm still at the 3-5 minute mark when getting them on and off. However, I haven't seen a design that will solve this problem. Pretty much every leg wrap massager I've seen while doing my research functions this way and there's no way around it, short of having a full machine you sit in designed specifically for your legs. With that in mind, I think about the impact of not using these to help with my muscle, tendon, and joint pain, and I feel like, in my opinion, a spare 3-5 minutes to prevent serious injury and pain is 100% worth it to me. Overall, I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs help reducing leg pain, swelling, and to help speed up recovery! I'll update my review in the future should I think of anything else or if there's any problem with these I haven't encountered yet.

I really like the heating on this item; though, I wish it extended to the feet as well. The thigh restrains side a bit in a upright sitting position. Neither of these things are change how well it works. The pressure applied makes the massage feel professional without the awkwardness of being touched by another person. This has really helped with pain relief, tingling, swelling, and circulation.

The only negative is that it has a strong odor upon receiving. I had to let it air out outside a few days. The massager compresses the leg and feet in a rotation. I prefer a full leg compression so that is the mode setting I keep it on. I like that I can adjust the intensity and duration of the massage. The controls are very user friendly. The heat to the knees feel great. It’s a subtle heat, not to overbearing. Overall I highly recommend. I use it a few times a week. I used to get a 90 minute massage every two weeks but can’t afford that anymore. This has been a great substitute In between. I also ordered the complimentary thing extension. Works great!

These work great for my mom. She has bad circulation in her legs. These help her alot. They are kind of difficult to get on by your self.
