Missing pull rod and rubber seals. Totally useless.

Bought this for convenience and ease of placing on patient joint areas with the U shaped cups but when I recieved the product, it was missing the U shaped cups.. Fast delivery, and nice case, decent product otherwise just fairly disappointing it was missing the U- cups. If you were purchasing for that solely I would get a different supplier. Will post an update if I get in contact with seller to resolve this.
