Excellent Jacket
I had reserves on buying this "Harrington" Jacket as it was priced under £20 with others a lot more expensive. Rest assured this is a fantastic, well made and great looking jacket. I had one of the originals years ago and know what it should look like. I was first extremely pleased with the prompt delivery from these guys, a couple of days to get it, fantastic stuff! I immediately set about checking the stitching, lining, pockets and zip function. I've gotta say there were no faults whatsoever, the jacket fits "bang on" and I might mention that all "Harrington" Jackets have elasticated cuffs and waistline, It's the style! It has a proper tartan lining with smooth lined sleeves. If anything the zip is a little tight to move at present but I'm confident this will loosen up with further use. But the most impressive thing is that it comes with "Made in UK" labels a selling point in anyone's mind. Very very pleased with this and right at the top of my great purchases list. Well done!

Great quality for the price!
These are great quality jackets for the price and feel well made. When ordering I wasn't sure what size to go for so will try and help here. I am 5 foot 7, chest measures about 48 and a 40 inch waist so im fairly stocky. I ordered the 3xl in four different colours, Black, Burgandy, Navy and Taupe. I would say the navy jacket is slightly larger than the others but that might just be my imagination. I could of possibly got into the 2xl but I didn't want anything tight as I only wear them over a shirt but might want to wear a fleece too.So if your unlucky enough to be built like me I would go for a 2xl if you want a snug fit or like me, go for a 3xl for that comfy fit. A woman at work did say after seeing me in the black jacket that it reminded her of "Grange Hill" when she was a kid though!Hope this helps.

Better than expected.
Wasn't expecting this to be that good as it's really cheap compared to others. I was alsowary of what size to get, (the size chart only confused the matter). So I gambled on Mediumas that's my usual size - being 5' 10" and slim build, and dismissed the confusing info fromthe size chart. It fits perfect and the quality is better than you would think for the price. Sooverall decent quality and a bargain for the price.

And it all started on 'Peyton Place'...
Who remembers Rodney and Norman Harrington from cheesy 60's soap Peyton Place in this day and age? But that my dear friends is where this fine style of jacket originated from. I've been wearing these on and off for almost 50 years, and let's face it, they rarely go out of style. My latest bottle green one is a proper pleaser, and sure to leave others 'green' with envy!

Generous fit (big)
Really nice product and excellent value for money. Like other reviewers I first owned a Harrington in the 1970s. I am fairly slim 6 foot (1mtr 83cms) and11stone 8lbs (75kgs). I measure 41 inches (104cms) at the widest point of my chest. From the reviews I read i thought I needed a LARGE size. I unfortunately ordered two as I really liked the reviews and the look of the product. A LARGE is way to large for me and now I have to order MEDIUM which I guess will be the right size. Unfortunately I am working in Kenya so my daughter brought these out from the UK this week when she returned from college for Xmas. I am sure that the company would exchange these quickly but probably easier fro me to give some Xmas presents and order a new one in medium. Anyway nice product and you really cant go wrong at 16.99! Would I buy again = definitely.

Big thumbs up
I wasn't sure what size to go for (I am a ladies 14/16 depending on fit) so after looking at the measurements, I took a chance on the large. It's just the right size. A little bit of extra room so that if I need to stick a thicker top or jumper under it I can.Great quality. It's like a heavy weight canvas material. I was really impressed when I opened it.No negative points as I haven't actually worn it yet, I've just tried it on, but going on first impressions I'm not anticipating any negatives.Really impressed with the quality considering what I paid.

Great value and a great jacket.
I am usually a medium fit but having read the reviews i took some peoples advice and ordered a size bigger. The advice was well founded. A large fits me perfectly. My wife was going to buy me one from a shop in the Lanes in Brighton (£50.00) but i stopped her and said i would look online for one first. Glad i did as this jacket is great quality for the price. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Quality at a retro price. Just don't tell my wife!
I don't think this style of jacket ever really goes out of fashion. Having said that, I'm not "fashion bothered" either. This jacket ticks all the right boxes for me. Well made, actually, exceptionally well made! Fits well, so order "your" size. It's a bloke's jacket, easy to wear, looks smart & has pockets in all the right places. Inside pocket for your mobile. Outside pockets button down or fold in, (Whichever retro look you want!). Tartan lined, not in a "baycityroller" way, but how they used to be. Inner sleeves are lined in a contrast plain colour.Quite a few colours to choose. I'm embarrassed to say I now have 3 different colours, normally that's what my wife does!!Thing is the quality is right, so is the price!
