These are a great product, my second time ordering them. I highly recommend these. I take a glp1 and I have zero skin issues. No excess skin whatsoever from the weight loss. Originally I started to have saggy skin, taking these has completely changed that problem. Improving my energy, digestion and hair growth!! I highly recommend these!!!

I feel like these did help my perimenopausal issue of itchy eyes. And I think it is helping my joints and also my nails seem to be growing faster and thicker. The downside is I figured out whenever I taken them, I have mild nausea and a burning type sensation in my stomach. It is not horrible but it is uncomfortable. I had forgotten to take a few days and then within a couple hours of taking a dose, my stomach issues started and I was reminded of how I had been having them the previous week, all on days that I took the collagen. As long as you can tolerate that, I think you will like this product. I am going to try taking with food and a large amount of water tomorrow and see if that helps me.

I love this stuff! I rarely have to take Ibuprofen because this stuff even makes my joints feel better. I've been buying it nearly two years and when they are out of stock, I hate having to switch. I feel a difference in my body immediately. Just say yes to these! If you are not good at swallowing pills though, because I am, maybe opt for something else because these do require three larger pills once a day.

I have been taking this for a while now, and love the affect it has had on my skin and nails! My nails are stronger with less splitting which had become a huge problem since menopause.
