It leaks. Like a lot inside the metal part of the faucet.The only good thing is customer service was quick to issue a replacement. But now I’m out of a kitchen sink for 2 days!!!!!!Also not easy to install, we had to spend another $75 for fittings.****edit****Customer service was quick to give me a refund and a refund for the fittings I had to buy. They also replaced the faucet and now that I have a non leaking faucet, I am in love with it.

This is absolutely, by far, the coolest kitchen faucet I have ever seen!!! The waterfall feature is perfect for cleaning grapes and other fruits and vegetables. The faucet itself reaches out the perfect distance, and the pull down sprayer hose is great when I need to rinse out the sink. And the off & on lever can be installed on the left, the right, or the center (center is best for someone like me that can't decide....LOL). A perfect addition to my brand new kitchen, and looks great with my quartz countertops.Also, it came packaged in a box with styrofoam cut outs for each piece!!! I have never seen anything packaged so well!!!It also comes with a faucet plate to cover the holes if you previous had a faucet that had two knobs hot and cold. But since mine was a new build, I did not need it because I only had one hole drilled in the countertop. But it's nice to have that option if you need it or want it.This is the BEST EVER by far!

Had issues, but customer service corrected the problem after posting review. Also, said they would correct the lack of customer service contact information. Nice looking facets, easy to install.

I received and installed the faucet yesterday. Install was easy. However I'm unsure what the pieces in the little bag go to. It works just as advertised and it looks amazing in my kitchen. So far I am very pleased. If anything changes I will be sure to update.

Got it all the way installed right from the instructions and turn on the cold water from under the sink and it started leaking. Then I took it out from the middle of the sink and looked inside and the cold hose ending to inside the faucet was pouring out water. Horrible faucet.

I love this, the water pressure is great and it was easy to install. It is so handy to use with the three options for spraying. Delivery was great I was surprised how fast it arrived. Thank you Nancy

Very happy with this purchase. I was my pans by hand and a few other items. The side shower feature makes rinsing these off very easy and much faster. It was easy to install and works just as described.when I ordered there was 1 bad review but it also included a video. From the video I determined that likely it was operator error. And I was correct. There is a little valve at the end of the base where the spray head attaches. You have to have the spray head notched in that valve when you rotate it to change from the side spray to the primary flow. The previous bad review had the head out and was trying to just rotate it to make it change as if it would sense the rotation.
