Looks exactly like carbon fiber
I'm really impressed with the detail of the carbon fiber look on this vinyl. I wrapped an instrument panel for a car I'm building and it looks fantastic. It was very easy to apply with a 200 degree heat gun. Once installed, just remove the protective film and enjoy the look of Real carbon fiber.

love this one
Got to say I've used many final wraps especially carbon fiber I've had some decent ones I've had some okay ones. I've had some horrible ones but I'm going to tell you hands down. if someone rated this in any way shape or form negative they do not know what they're doing this is one of the best vinyl wraps that I have bought the adhesive is Great I am no Pro in any way shape or form I barely use the heat gun and the only reason why I did was to warm it down to holes besides that insulation was easy I love this vinyl wrap and we'll be buying more

Looks amazing in the sun, easy to install alone, shipping sucks
I wrapped my hood myself in about 2 hours in my garage from start to finish. I washed the car, wiped it down, used alcohol/water mix then a prep spray to prep the hood to remove wax/oils. (DONT FORGET TO DO THE SAME FOR UNDER THE HOOD where the vinyl will stick as well) In the garage, the wrap looks meh but in the sun is where this wrap shines. The wrap looks amazing in person. I've already gotten a few compliments on it just days after the install and they can't believe when I tell them it's a wrap! The only gripe I have is that the shipping wasn't great. There is no cap/protection film on it so the box marred the vinyl/scratched it deep enough that even with heat, I couldn't all the damage out (you can see the spot on the bottom left of the hood that I'm talking about). I really wish they shipped with more packaging material/protection. I have the VVivid ULTRA GLOSS piano black and that I used to do a chrome delete on the window trim and that had a protective film on it so you didn't get the swirl marks/micro scratches when applying it. Pros: - adhesion is fantastic - install is very easy even to do alone (PATIENCE IS KEY, don't overheat the film or over stretch it, just take your time). I'm sure with a friend or 2 the install would have gotten much quicker. - looks amazing in the sun cons: - shipping/packaging isn't adequate to really protect the film - looks meh outside of good lighting I've never wrapped anything outside of my interior before so this was scary but the results turned out great in my opinion. My next step will be to ceramic coat the hood using gtechniq Halo coating to protect it better.

Easy to use
The vinyl is pretty easy to use. Some heat from a heat gun or possibly a blow dryer makes the vinyl stretch around the contours. It’s also pretty forgiving as you can reheat and remove to try again. There is a protective film that protects it from scratches during install. Remove the film after and it will give you a very clean look. The vinyl does scratch fairly easy if you wipe it down too hard.

Too much carbon fiber? Never.
You know your Vinyl wrap is good when it's wrapped in a protection film. I used it to wrap some chrome parts and a gas cap on my car. I also wrapped my phone and laptop with carbon fiber. Compared to typical "dry" matte carbon fiber vinyl from VViViD, it is considerably thicker and higher quality. However, it is harder to install, and should DEFINITELY be heated with a heat gun (I used a hot blow dryer). For installation help, visit VViViD's website as they provide easy and clear instructions. I might add pictures later, but it is a very glossy black look and it takes some pretty strong light to reveal the brilliant carbon fiber strands. The look is not as "shiny" as a matte carbon fiber but it appears more authentic as a similar pattern is used in high end automotive interiors. There is no such thing as too much carbon fiber.

Poor quality
The product is very hard, it is not flexible, it scratches even if you pass a microfiber towel over it, the transparent layer comes off easily and scratches easily, the product arrived in poor condition, it arrived bent, I will definitely not buy that product again.

Looks realistic and easy to apply
The quality is really good and looks really nice wit a realistic effect. Easy to apply but needs a little heat to stretch easily because its quite thick. Used it for the diffuser just to try it out and surprised with the looks. Going to order more because people are asking to do some parts on their cars.

Extremely stiff difficult to remove
This is a good product, but I do not recommend applying it to a raw surface. If your vehicle does not have a clear coat do not use this product. It will stick to it like glue it states in a description that the application is removable and recenter. This is not true. You cannot recenter or remove this once you apply plus it gets stiff really quick even after you heat it, this is not a DYI. This is for professional installers only. I would recommend this product if you’re intending on having a professional installer use it otherwise forget about it.

For the amount of hype this film gets on social media it does not live up to the name. The adhesive is the main issue here, no matter how much surface prep you do, now matter how well you pre-heat, post heat, heat while applying, stand on your head and count backwards from apple while heating. Doesn't matter it will not stay down, especially around corners. It will stay down in crevices, however this is where problem 2 started which is the top layer delaminating (no I'm not talking about the peel-away protective layer) I'm talking about the actual top layer that makes it look somewhat like actual carbon fiber. The hunt continues for a good looking CF wrap film that doesn't cost more than real carbon fiber. For reference, I degreased with 90% isopropyl. And used a CERTIFIED 120v heat gun on low setting.

Looks very good for wrap. High gloss almost looks real. I would buy again! 10/10. Very forgiving wrap, it self heals and you can heat out minor scratches. This is one of the very few carbon wrap that are waterproof. I wrapped the bike myself and I’m no pro. Very forgiving wrap.
