The unit was a replacement for my existing Honeywell unit, it fitted perfectly and works as expected. It was competitively priced and delivered within 2 days as advertised

Tbh I was a little sceptical, but it’s installed and working flawlessly. The delivery was fast and packaged well, it does what it says and replaced my Honeywell valve which I’ve replaced with genuine parts 3 times so let’s see how long this one lasts.

A direct replacement for the original Honeywell valve, at a vastly reduced cost. Apparently comes with a 5 year guarantee, time will tell how good the valve and guarantee are. The replacement wass trouble free and a straight swop, the quality feels and looks good, very pleased so far.

Brass cam with teeth fails to engage fully with motor sprocket, it distorts, skips and fails to open valve. Honeywell design cam is moulded to give strength, not like this flat brass cam that distorts under load. Poor design, so can't recommend on based on this example.

Received a Tesla branded package, same device and a direct replacement for the original Honeywell actuator. Same day delivery was a must in this case for an emergency job. Only thing I’ll say is Orange and Brown wires are actually Pink and Orange on this unit, contrary to normal convention and even the included instructions, but tracing and testing the wiring inside the unit confirmed everything. New mounting screws aren’t as good as the old Honeywell ones which have a torx head, so I reused the old ones. Overall a solid and much less expensive alternative to a Honeywell unit and faster delivery than a plumbing or electrical wholesalers.

Replaced a broken Honeywell unit, so far so good, working exactly as intended.

Wasa replacement for a honeywell one that only lasted just over 12 months. We need to see how long this lasts. It was a perfect fit

Lo instalé a mediados de Noviembre, a día 6 de Enero ya no funciona. Una porquería.

instalado el 20 de enero y deja de funcionar el 25 de febrero, sin posibilidad de devolverlo. Sin embargo , he utilizado otros actuadores de válvula de otros fabricantes y han durado más de 10 años. Este producto tiene deficiente calidad.
