As I have just received it, I don't know if it'll work for me or not. However, it was delivered quickly and neatly. I appreciate the small, green measuring spoon that comes with it. Very useful. It has zero smell, zero taste. I have always dissolved it in a tablespoon of kettle boiled hot water first. I've had it in a banana smoothie, in a bowl of muesli, even straight into a cup of rooibos tea! Hasn't done anything weird. I've had a bad salon cut and am now trying to speed up my hair growth. I'll update this comment in a months time

I wasn't sure what to expect but the powder disolves really easily in water and there is no taste to it. I thought maybe it was cause gas but it doesn't. I feel like it's doing something good because the first few days I felt like all the toxins were leaving my body and my joints have felt much better since starting this twice a day. I havent started taking it with glucosamine yet but I intend to. My nails have always been quite brittle but they have started to grow better too. Not sure about my hair yet as I havent been taking it long enough. I would definitely recommend giving this a try as it seems to have many benefits.

Since a car accident and subsequent health problems, I’ve been on a mission to improve my wellness through neutraceuticals rather than pharmaceuticals. MSM was added in as a bit of an experiment, but when I’m taking it I do notice a decrease in joint pain, and also the added bonus of improved hair and nail growth. After taking it for a little over a month, my hairdresser couldn’t believe it was only six weeks since my last trim! It doesn’t taste wonderful mixed with water, but I find it’s almost undetectable in a bit of fresh orange juice. I take it twice a day with food, and can definitely say it works for me. I am currently trying out recipes for a homemade hair mask with it too, but too soon to say if I’ve got that right yet! I would definitely recommend trying MSM out, and my pack from this seller arrived well packaged and super fast. The only other thing is that I find the ziplock bag a bit fiddly, so I store mine in a jar instead
