Terracotta Bread Crock
Bread is going mouldy within a few days. Never had this problem with Mrs. Beaton’s Bread crock pot, until it accidently gotbroken. Your advice would be appreciated.

The best we have had
We bake our own bread with no preservatives so it quickly goes mouldy. This bread crock is the best bread container we have had. It is glazed on the inside which surprised us as we thought part of the way it worked was to absorb moisture from the bread hence allowing it to keep for longer. Nevertheless it does work much better than anything else we have tried.
