I liked adding this equipment to my limited community gym. Drawback: the manual is not there and I thought it would come with a bag. It didn't.

This is an excellent addition to my resistance bar workout machine. It fits perfectly to the 2 overhanging clips and allows me to perform lat, shoulder, and triceps pull downs. It is very lightweight yet very sturdy. It can handle a lot of weight. I am glad I found this.

The bar doesn't come with a case, which I thought it might. It took 5 days to Singapore, which is quick considering it's from the US. The items are in pristine condition. Really nice. I have yet to try the item but the item looks really good

With a resistance band bar, you've essentially got everything you get from a barbell. This product is well made and really helped with bicep curls, chest presses etc...

Incredible dupe of the x3 system. Love this and have paired it with the slant board we got from the home gym guys. Highly recommend!
