Muscle Rehab products have been my go-to for years as a first line of ammo for self care. These work for muscle soreness, joint discomfort and even reduce the appearance of bruising - great for those of us with constant mystery marks due to clumsiness. They’re the highest quality for function bath products I’ve found and I love using them for myself, recommending them to friends and family and giving them as gifts. The scent is super clean and gentle, and only a result of the ingredients used for anti-inflammatory purposes, so not overpowering to those who are sensitive. If you’re on the fence, just take the plunge. This product is the real deal.

These work so well to soothe aching muscles. The whole upstairs smells like a spa. Smells fresh and zen.

I bought these for a trip to DisneyWorld and boy were they a life changer! After walking 10-15 miles a day, your feet and legs hurt like nobody's business so dropping one of these fizzy balls into the tub was much needed. Love the scent - it was spa-like and so calming. We filled the tub with several inches of warm water, dropped the ball into the water, and sat around the edges of the tub with our feet and calves soaking for about 30 minutes. While it didn't take away all the aches, we got out of the tub and felt about 75% better. Definitely recommend this for anyone going to a theme park and doing a lot of walking. You can probably make 1 ball last for 2 soaks if needed because they are so large. Also, fun fact! If you have a dirty shower floor, wet it and rub a bath bomb generously over the dirty area, leave it sit for several hours. When you come back and rinse it off, your shower floor will be white and clean.

Hearing about these on a podcast I decided to try it out. It's not life-changing as described by podcasters but did provide a small amount of noticeable pain relief. It's not something I would probably buy again honestly but it was worth testing out. Definitely not a fountain of youth type product.

Love using these after an intense heavy-lifting session. Definitely recommend.

Some people stated that the Epsom ball can be used multiple times but that is incorrect it dissolves a quickly. Not worth the money
