These are tasty sauces that lead with the character of the peppers used. They don't include the chilli extract that many super-hot sauces utilise to boost their heat and the flavour is far better for it. They're plenty hot even without that extract too. The habanero is maybe the least interesting sauce here. Quite a few hab or scotch bonnet sauces are available these days and his one doesn't necessarily stand out. The ghost and scorpion pepper sauces are the stars for people looking for heat and they do deliver. Although the scorpion is rated as the hottest I didn't really feel it was much hotter. It also contains very large seeds that weren't very pleasant to eat. After a couple of trials I ended up straining the seeds out and the sauce was much improved for it (and, no, the heat isn't all in the seeds). Even with that I prefer the ghost pepper as it has a rounder flavour and the heat creeps up on you over several minutes while the scorpion seemed to build and fade sooner. Still, minor criticisms all around. I would buy again and look forward to trying others in the range.

I’m a hot sauce fan but have my limits! This set has a range of heats that are sure to satisfy anyone with a chilli tolerant palate. If you’re overwhelmed try mixing with some mayonnaise and I’m sure you’ll find your level. Each sauce is distinct in heat but also flavour profile. A genuine delight to discover!

With 70% of chili in the ingredients, there is not much room for other flavours, but it should satisfy chili fanatics.
