Flawed design & production
Great oven, but the stone cracks. Major design flaw. It's but suitable for using fire wood fired cooking as this is what causes the cracking. I followed all the instructions on this by gently warming the oven using only kindling. I did get the cracked stone replaced but now I'm too scared to use it with wood again. It's only suitable for use as a gas oven.
