I like ELF products! This lip liner is creamy to apply, but dries and does not smear after application. I like to use a darker lip liner, with lighter shades on top. It is helpful to maintain lip shape where some lipsticks and liners smear and fade. This liner lasts all day, is a great quality, is a small enough application to not look too bold, there is no smell or shine.

Cute! Highly pigmented! It goes on in like a sort of soft “creamy” texture, but it actually does stay. I’ve found that if you put your lips against something cold, like a glass of ice water or smth, it kind of firms it up faster so it stays longer. Or just leave it on your lips without anything touching for an hour or so and it dries- or just deal with reapplying. But yeah! Great product!

Cool nudes and browns hard to find at $3 each. Go on smooth, not really long wear unless you blot and layer a bit. These work great as dark liner , ' Espresso Martini ' smudged into lighter shade, Baddest Beige' for a subtle nude lip on my light skin.

She gets the job done. Its pretty thin, which i like for my thin lips, lol. The color is beautiful and pairs well with the elf lip oil. I will say as much as it dries quickly and stays on my lips, it does come off when wiping my lips with napkins or just drinking water.

Rejoice, cool toned friends! This lip liner is the perfect cool brown. The price is amazing and for that reason, I have purchased like 8 so I never run out. The liner goes on smooth and is comfortable to wear as well. It's not sticky, just creamy. It creates a perfect line even if it needs to be sharpened. AMAZING QUALITY FOR THE PRICE! My only gripe is that it starts getting a bit patchy when I go to blot/blend out the bluntness of the line with my finger. I end up having to reapply more and blend again, sometimes 3 or 4 times. It's annoying but I haven't tried using a brush which may be exactly what I need to do. Either way, this is a fantastic lip liner and I recommend it to everyone! P.S.
