Heavy, but well worth it! I love this multi purpose griddle.

This was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. I love that it is lightweight and easy to use. It has great heat distribution and keeps all areas at the right temperature. It fits great on our grill and on our gas stove. The surface isn’t almost completely non-stick and that makes it easy to clean. I think it is a great piece and worth the price.

I absolutely love this thing, great weight, great cooking surface, perfect for gas range inside outside or Traeger. Solid build, metal handles so you don’t need to worry about them getting burned off. Great even heating as well. I seared steaks on it, cooked pancakes, bacon, french toast…all came out beautifully. Highly recommend.

I gave 4 stars simply because this griddle should only be used outdoors. Almost anything you cook on top of it will splatter onto any nearby surfaces. Also, you need to season this griddle before it becomes non-stick. The directions say it could be used right out of the box but I am letting you know it will not have a non-stick surface until you season it 1 or 2 more times. The quality of the item is as promised.

I bought this cookware set as a Father’s Day gift, and hubby LOVED it. He has used it almost every day since he got it. Veggies, burgers, chicken—you name it. The results are always perfect. It’s sturdy, heats evenly, and cleans up easily. I’ve never seen him get this excited about cookware before. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for someone who loves to grill or cook at home!

Where to start: (1) didn’t fit in my oven due to handles and I have a full-size oven, (2) description states that you don’t need to season like cast but instructions tell you to. (3) didn’t fit on my stove top in either direction and the handles protrude so much that they’re could easily burn you and ruin your backsplash if used vertically. Unusable. I never return anything so I thought I’d give as a present to a friend……and would fit any of their ovens. Finally returned. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy

Looks to be a nicely made griddle. It is technically universal but it gets hotspots very very bad from coil style heating elements. I watched it with a FLIR Infrared camera and saw that right outside of the hot spot there was a 30 degree temperature difference. It would probably work really well on a gas stove. The weight of it was nice and I like the handles. Comes with a nice storage bag. Smaller than I was expecting for the price, guess I should of read the description a little closer. Definitely recommend to season it before use. It does come pre seasoned but it looks like it all burns off really really quick. Looks easy to clean

This is an amazing quality griddle. It sits flat to my stove and fits it perfectly and offers great even cooking. My old non stick griddle didn't sit flush to my burners and the food was difficult to cook food well on since it lacked even heat distribution. Plus the non stick stopped working within a few times of using it. Not with carbon steel. It gets seasoned over time, looks so nice I keep it out all the time and worth the investment. I did purchase the leather handles off the website but it was so worth it! I would recommend it to the home chef

Top ten one of the best kitchen items I've bought, used everyday, pancakes en masses, browning meat, searing steak, frying eggs etc. I it on a 80cm induction hob with linkable plates, I would say you need a big hob 80cm to 90cm if you want to use pans at the same time. Only real complaint is the handles can get in the way but you also couldn't not have them and I had to bend the handles up in a vice as it was too long for the width of my worktop. It's a good slab of metal and distributes heat very well.

Really good, be sure to get it repackaged in amazon box.
