Is the Lava Golems arm supposed to fall off that easily?

We haven’t had issues with either arm falling off and my kids aren’t gentle.

Is there a version of the Lava Golem in the first picture or is it just splash art?

Is it the box style the same size as the rock golem and ice giant?

I would suspect that they are, even though I did not collect either one of those other two figures mentioned.
