For everyone who isn't ready to deal with the addiction of sleeping pills, I think this is the best way to actually fix your sleeping schedule. I wasn't in a proper schedule for the longest time when it comes to sleep and started taking sleeping pills but that made it worse because before I couldn't sleep on time but what happened after taking sleeping pillswas that I couldn't sleep when I didn't take them giving me a bigger problem to deal with.
