And at this price point, I can afford them. I started taking these when my doctor told me I needed to add more Omega 3 oils into my diet. I am busy and do not always have time to eat a "well balanced meal". These, I take daily and do not get stressed out about my health when I have no time for a real meal. I haven't noticed any "fishy burps" I have heard can be a thing with supplements. In fact, I have only noticed improvements. The little gel pills are rather large, but I am not someone who struggles with that issue.

I've had this fish oil on auto ship for several months now. I took it through my entire pregnancy in addition to my prenatal vitamin. I take it before bed and haven't noticed my sleep quality change. The pill is very big so sometimes it's hard to swallow so I take it alone and not with any other pill. I don't notice the taste of it all. Would recommend

Not nastey taste and the smell is minimal they are a decent size pill and the texture is soft kind of. I like this brand over others.

These literally now allow me to be able to clinch my fingers into a fist. I haven’t been able to for 12 years without extreme pain and not close them completely. Now I can with no pain. I’ll be 73 this year. I also got my younger brother to try them and he has benefited very much also.
