✨Scent-Infused Grounding Stones✨
Okay so… I bought these scent-infused grounding stones because my brain loves to throw surprise anxiety parties and I needed something to keep my hands busy besides doom-scrolling or peeling off my nail polish like a raccoon with a vendetta. Here’s the tea 🍵👇 🪨 First Impressions: They’ve got weight—like emotionally grounded but make it literal. Not too heavy, not too light. Just enough heft that when you pick one up, your brain goes “yes, we are holding a THING and now we are slightly less unmoored.” 🌬️ The Scent Situation: Mixed reviews online had me nervous—some folks were like “smells divine,” others said “smells like regret and artificial sadness.” Personally? I think it’s actually really nice. Gentle. Woodsy in a mixed candle type of way not a single this is a pine tree way. Not overpowering at all. I’m also planning to add my own essential oils (lavender + sandalwood = forest witch energy) so I can fully customize the vibe. 🔁 The Spin Stones: The figure-eight groove one is a little funky if you try to go full NASCAR on it in both directions. It can catch slightly. But if you just spin it in a circle? Much smoother. Great for passive comfort. The stone with tiny rollers? Instant fave. Tactile heaven. Just… soothing. I could probably roll this thing while dealing with a customer meltdown and still maintain inner peace. 🧠 How I Use Them: When I’m bored but trying to look like I’m engaged in a Zoom meeting? Figure eight track. When I’m anxious in public but pretending I’m totally fine? Roller stone. When I’m trying to vibe alone and meditate but keep thinking about that one email I forgot to send in 2021? Might need both. 👀 The Verdict: If your nervous system also likes a fidgety distraction that smells like a soft hug and fits in your pocket, give these a try. They’re solid, well made, and they genuinely help me re-center when my focus is doing parkour in my skull. 10/10 would buy again. Might already be eyeing the other styles.

Calming, Grounding, and Truly Worth It
I will be ordering more. This grounding stone is exactly what I needed to help deter anxiety. I use it especially while driving—the lavender scent is calming, and the different textures give me something to focus on. It feels like I can transfer negative energy and anxiety into the stone, and when I breathe in the lavender, I release it all back out. From my personal experience, the stone is worth it. It combines scent and touch in a way that makes grounding simple and effective, and I’m grateful to have it as part of my routine.

Relaxing and Decent Quality - Might Be Too Noisy
I got these because all of my life I have had severe anxiety and was recently told by a therapist I need to get an autism screening. I started extremely skeptical of the idea that anything like this would remotely help, but it actually has. The roller stone is my favorite, I'm not sure if the or the feeling on my hand is triggering the calming sensation or the scent oil or both but it appears to work. The figure 8 one is ok, but it isn't as good for me personally, maybe with more time I will like it more. My only drawback is the sound these make, they wouldn't be appropriate any place you are expected to be quiet. I'd advise an ONO roller for this. The scent is a decent calming scent, I highly doubt it is a mix of authentic essential oils though, it smells like a synthetic scent oil but it's decent. If you put too much oil on the stones inside and / or don't let them sit to pully absorb in the stones I can see leaking oil is an issue. My suggestion is to just use two pumps and let it sit awhile.

This stink rock saved my skin
I was going through a really tough time in my life and was trying any and every grounding technique I could. I got these in a desperate attempt to find anything that would help and they're perfect. I've used them multiple times during anxiety attacks, when I feel them coming on I always ask for my "stink rock". I use my own scented oil and it keeps the smell for a very very long time. They make excellent stim toys as well. I couldn't recommend these more!

The fragrance isn't right
Arrived early, great fidget and feel to the "stone". Definitely a grounding sensation. However the fragrance was rather distracting. I love Lavender, so I bought this in addition to other stones, but this scent does not have a hint of Lavender to it. Not even artificial Lavender. Love the stone, disappointed in the fragrance.

Anxiety reliever
My daughter loves these products. She suffered from anxiety. She brings these to school or anywhere that’s a trigger for her. Very discrete and gives her calming scents and something to ground herself too.

Good Stocking Stuffer
Bought this as a gift for Christmas, I think I’m going to get one for myself because it looked so fun to use. The person I bought this for has low mobility in her hand due to an injury. The essential oil bottles design is easy to pour for someone with only one hand.

Horrible smell, noisy, clackety, plastic junk
The smell of the oil is toxic. The "stones" are crappy lightweight plastic with really loud annoying balls that make scraping sounds. The other one makes a figure 8 with loud shuffling sounds. Not pleasant or soothing or a normal satisfying fidget sound. I was going to give this as a gift and I'm sending it back. Is be embarrassed to give this. It's absolute junk.

I love these!! I’ve never seen a stim/ fidget toy that is for both your sense of smell and touch. And I love how they are more “adult-like” than most fidgets as well.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like these as much as I thought it would. I found that the sliding figure 8 took too much attention away from whatever I was trying to focus on, which is normally the opposite of what you’d want in a fidget. The opening mechanism was my favourite part, but unfortunately came with a squeaky noice that made it unpleasant to play with.
