I bought this for my child who recently wanted to learn violin. I have played for over 15 years and wanted to teach him. I bought him a practice violin and saw these strings on Amazon and they were fairly cheap so I bought a few so I could teach him to tune his own violin without worrying about them snapping and wasting money. None of them broke (thankfully) and they play pretty well. Not as good as the more popular brands of course but for what they are they are very good.

Good quality replacement violin strings.

The strings are numbered rather than lettered so I wasted 10 minutes just to find out that I had put it in the wrong slot. I also snapped one while installing it but given the entire pack is the cost of one string from a music shop and the next day delivery, I'm not mad and have reordered.

Affordable violin strings for a beginner student. Got them for my 12 year old who is learning violin. Shes only broken one string and used these to replace them.
