This cleanser is so gentle and smells like tea tree, but it's a pleasant smell. It makes my skin feel so soft and is just a little drying, but overall, it works wonderfully! It has helped my skin stay so clear and healthy!

So far, I have no complaints with this cleanser. I just recently got into korean skincare products and I feel happy with this choice. Other cleansers that I have used in the past (mainly from drugstores in the US) left my skin feeling very tight and dry, but this cleanser leaves my face feeling nice and clean, but hardly dry at all (of course I still use moisturizer afterward though). It has a slight scent to it but it’s pretty neutral and it’s not strong at all, it’s actually pleasant to me. Overall, I really like this gel cleanser. It’s helping my skin more than other cleansers have, and it’s at a price I can afford.

After using it for 2 weeks, my skin definitely has come down in redness. It does have a scent of tea tree oil, but it’s not artificial since tea tree is a small ingredient in the list. It also doesn’t foam up.

This is my HG cleanser. I have combination-oily skin and always use low pH products to avoid disrupting the acid mantle, and tend to get breakouts and irritation/redness with more alkaline cleansers. I put it in a foaming pump bottle with acidified water (distilled water with citric acid added to attain a pH of ~5.5). It cleanses thoroughly, never had any tightness or overdrying. We all know counterfeit beauty products are a huge problem here, so I always scrutinize any differences in packaging/product characteristics (see pics). Both purchases were listed under the official Purito store. It’s possible that Purito changed the cap due to complaints about the product leaking (mentioned in other reviews). The new bottle also has a slightly textured surface, whereas previous bottles were smooth. It’s also about 3mm shorter than the older bottle. The actual product smells and looks similar. I plan to email the company and will update this review if they respond.

I use this after a cleansing oil/balm and it works well to remove any remaining makeup. Just wanted a simple gel face wash that was travel friendly. I would compare this to the CeraVe and cosrx gel face cleansers, all pretty similar in terms of face wash power, all gentle non irritating cleansers for acne prone skin. Out of the 3, I like this best because the others are not as travel friendly. The cosrx one always leaks on me, the cap isn't very secure, and the Cerave bottle size is just too big to carry around.

I haven’t really seen much of a change with this face wash. I do believe it cleans my skin well. There is literally no scent. I don’t really think it’s good nor bad. It’s just eh okay. I will try something new once I finish this bottle.

skin type: normal/dry, slightly sensitive i've spent a while trying to find a product that cleanses well while also not being too harsh. Before getting this I was using a foam cleanser that was way too gentle and i ended up having breakouts because it wasn't cleansing well enough. However this has been really good and after using it I feel like my skin is clean while also not being dehydrated. After I started using this the huge breakout I had been dealing with for over a month went away, and the only times i really break out now are from stress or if i get lazy with washing my face for a few days.

I love it, ordered the second time already. I use an oily cleanser before this one to remove the makey.

Muy suave con la piel. Ayuda a mantener la barrera cutánea sana. También va bien para pieles con acné. Dato importante, huele un poco a árbol de té, a mi personalmente no me molesta pero se que hay personas que detestan el olor.

Great for sensitive skin

I needed something gentle and affective and it's the perfect blend of everything I want in a cleanser with a little menthol scent that isn't overpowering, great in the mornings. I had a little irritation with my previous cleanser but still wanted something powerful to keep my skin clear and strengthen my skin barrier. Very happy so far :-)
