One of the jiggers didn’t have the tiny metal piece that keeps it on your pressure canner.

Low pressure
If you are using your pressure cooker for sterilizing, these are too light. 80 kPa is only 11.6 psi. 15 psi is optimal(250°f). I am irritated that I cannot find 15 psi pressure weights for my PC
