I used to buy Sumatra mandeling from Tesco till I discovered illy intensio. I boiled the kettle let it cool for 5 then pour over coffee stir and leave for 5. I like very strong coffee. This hits the spot(s) and the tins are useful too. Only gripe when Tesco run out it takes ages to get them.
