A True Game Changer!
As a voice actor and audio engineer, I have owned many brands of headphones, but the VSX headphones are my favorite of all time! They live up to the hype you have read before. A true game changer and an excellent choice for my fellow engineers who mix and master music!

As Great As I Hoped They'd Be
Waited very impatiently for these to go on sale. It was worth the wait! These are my go-to headphones now, even when I'm not using the plugin, but the plugin is wonderful for mixing. They're comfortable too. I don't know if they're spec'd as being noise cancelling but it seems like they are.

The only "studio monitors" you will ever need!
Absolutely amazing hardware/software combination. Beats everything I have ever purchased for my studio over 40 years. Truly a revolution in technology, my music sounds already better in 24 hours and my masters are 100% improved. Don't hesitate to try it and you will not regret your decision if you are serious about mixing and mastering!

Game changer for me.
Fantastic. I’m in a situation where actual monitors just aren’t feasible, and I was having trouble hearing and mixing low end (kick drums and bass, mainly). There are several virtual rooms where the lower frequencies come through very clearly, and using referenced mixes has helped a ton in this regard.

Amazing… for about a week…
Worked amazing at first. Was really happy with the results. However, after about five days of heavy use, the plugin would occasionally just stop processing as an ‘Output Device’ option. I would then spend valuable time troubleshooting and following company recommendations to eventually resolve the issue. However, the plugin eventually just completely stopped working and none of the recommended troubleshooting could fix the issue. I then emailed the company for help. No response. I then called the company, which was just a voicemail system that was obviously designed to not accept customer support. Most annoying part? The company voicemail message states, if you want help, “go to slatesupport.com”. When you try to navigate to the URL, you get a “404 error - page doesn’t exist” page. Thinking this might just be a temporary website issue, I tried to connect several other times/days but got the same 404 webpage. Are you kidding me? $500 for this? No thanks. Really disappointing support.
