One of my children loves vinegar and salt chips, so much so that my family alone will buy up all they have in our local stores, and then they run out, so I was looking for a product that I could add to regular potato chips. This does a great job and my child loved it. If we were out of vinegar and salt chips he would readily eat regular chips seasoned with this seasoning. The only problem we had is that if any moisture gets inside the canister, the seasoning clumps up into heavier globules rather than the lightweight powder needed to flavor potato chips. I would recommend adding some rice grains into it after you've used up some of it to act as a dessicant.

Very strong but I do like that. It leans more on the salt foward and vinegar taking a back seat. I prefer a stronger vinegar flavor but none the less great on fries and regular chips. But becareful you do not need a lot on your food.

This tastes pretty good, though it smells a lot more vinegar-y than it tastes. I found that I used a LOT more than I expected to, to achieve a strong enough vinegar flavor. I have really only used it for french fries - I think if you are actually frying your fries and can apply this while they are fresh from the fryer (a little residual oil) it could be better results than what I have gotten baking them. I would think that would go the same for anything you'd use this for - apply it hot off the grill and eat it right away.

Looking for the right punch for Salt & Vin wings and this works perfectly!Added to cooked and spiced wings as the main seasoning and it was exactly what I was looking for.I have since added this to seasoning blends, part of marinades and on most veggies!

Do not... do not... so not!!!... buy this product!! I've bought numerous salt and vinager seasonings and this is buy far the worst!!! It has a metallic taste to it!! And it doesn't taste like salt or vinegar!!! Try if you want buy didn't say i didn't warn you...
