Q: I have a 20 year old sanitop 2 that's finally given up the ghost. is the sanitop up a direct replacement for sanitop 2?

It should be a direct replacement, but it will depend on what other inputs you have. ie shower/bath or sink. Best bet would be to google Saniflo, get their number and give them a call.

Q: I currently have a sanitop broy pro - "type k70" manufactured in 2012 - can anyone confirm that this is a direct replacement for inlet/outlet?

I bought a new one (with rounded ends) to replace an older rectangular model. The inlet (left hand end of picture) is in a slightly different position so I had to put an extra bend in the pipe bringing the sink waste to the macerator. It was a frustrating complication but very easily fixed.

Good Evening, yes this comes with a 2 year std manufacturers warranty as detailed below The Sanitop Up has two inlets, to allow for both the WC and basin connection, it fits unobtrusively behind a WC and it discharges through 22, 28 or 32 mm pipework. With a quiet motor and the improved casing design the Sanitop Up looks better and more discreee than ever. It is quieter and more efficient than other products on the market. The new design offers easy access to the tank for servicing and maintenance. The Sanitop up comes as standard with a 2 year warranty, however it also has an extended 3 year warranty, by simply completing the warranty product registration.
