I recently passed the CCXP exam and would consider this along with the CCXP exam simulator tool critical to my prep! Easy to read, well summarised but packed with information. Reading the book, I was able to quickly identify gaps in my knowledge which allowed me to target those areas with additional resources. The answer explanations provided with the mock questions really helped me frame my thinking for the exam. I read this 4 times in total, the last time being right before going into the exam. I couldn't recommend this more!

This book is an amazing support for anyone looking to go through the CCXP accreditation. Or for anyone that is interested in increasing their awareness of the CX practice as a whole. In addition I would also recommend the simulator that really helps sets you up for success. ( in addition all the profits help a local dog rescue charity - so it’s a no brainer buying this :) )

This book along with Michael’s CCXP simulator were my study bibles. Absolutely fantastic for focusing the mind on the 6 CX competencies & really bringing the learners real life experiences to the forefront. This then enables a realistic gap analysis to happen very quickly, which is where the simulator comes into play with its fantastic study plan. In my opinion the book is a must have and a great reference guide post accreditation.

A tiny book but really a must for preparing the CCXP exam. It includes 18 principles of CX discipline and 40 mock questions. I found the book complementary to the exam simulator from Michael Bartlett. It really prepares you to the nuances of the type of questions. I definitely recommend this book if you are preparing the CCXP exam, and also have a look at the exam simulator. You won't be disappointed!
