It works really well. It feels good on my shoulders, back and neck. It is the perfect size for me. The electric cord reaches a long ways and I can plug it in and sit in my I recliner. I recommend this product.

I have found it hard to snap closed when around my neck but easy to do so when just holding it in front of me. Weird.

Just what I need for my sore muscles. When I have to go into work with straps of my hand bag and computer bag, it tends to be tight when I get home. You can program the time which I like. It’s soft and easy to use with the various heat settings. It’s very light so no added stress to my neck.

While the product did the trick on shoulders and neck, the control ed very hot all the time, even when off. The only way to insure safety was to completely unplug, which made it difficult forsomeone who sleeps with it on the timer feel unsafe. Might have bean a defective unit but I wasn’t willing to take the chance. Amazon took it back willingly. I replaced it with a different brand.
