This is all I use when my child gets sick. Twice a day. I use more than the recommended dosage but that is up to each parent to decide. The only way to take it is with orange juice as it hides the taste and ur little one will love it.

I bought this, hoping it would be the concentrated product that I first bought in Brazil, the dosage for which was a few drops on the tongue. That tasted vile, so it must’ve done some good! However, this product is water-based and the dosage is half a teaspoon, so it’ll quickly be used up. As for efficacy, who can say? I’ve been using it for ten days and my sore throat persists. Who knows, it may have been worse if I hadn’t used the product, and it might’ve fought off the virus if I’d started taking it a month ago.
