I got this to fix a stretchy bracelet my kid made me (and then he promptly broke!). I was a bit worried it would fray because it looks like multistrand elastic, but it didn't when stringing the beads on. I didn't even need a needle; it was stiff enough to pull through pretty small hole beads. (I don't think it would fit through seed beads without a needle though.) It was a bit difficult to tie off, because the knot moved as I pulled the strings tight, so I had to scrap it and restart with a new length. Be vigilant on where you want your knot to end up and triple tie. I stretched it a few times and it didn't elongate or break (yet!). I'll keep this on hand for some other bracelets I have that need mending.

Very strong and doesn't break easily. My 13 year old daughter bought it to fix broken bracelet and it looks as good as new.

Bought this for my daughter who loves making bracelets, it is not strong enough, bracelets keep popping off. Strings very stretchy and bracelets get very loose too quick and most of them have broken off. (Bracelet in pic was made night before).
