One year in and my Dyson stopped working

One year in and my Dyson stopped working.I fell in love with the color palette and the functionality.Honestly, the air wrap works initially but the curls don’t even last for an hour. I did use the round brush and brush extensions a lot.But now I also won’t be using those since the machine stopped working…

It came packaged and I registered with Dyson so it is brand new. But it stopped working 2nd time I tried it and when curling to one side only the tip of the hair wand grabbed the hair. Seems to be a faulty machine.
