These were bought largely with the intention of getting used to cleats, and in that respect they have done the job. However, these do appear to be a relatively soft metal, and have worn out in less than two months with about twenty spin sessions and five or so road rides. Fortunately, a set of OEM cleats were supplied with the pedals I bought separately, so will be using those instead.

Cleats are of poor quality, did not fit my spin shoe properly nor fit into the bike.A lovely chap from my spin had to change my cleats for a better quality set

My current cleats are wearing out, and these cleats are the designated replacements.They look and feel exactly the same as the originals, and I expect the same long-life, robust performance from this new set.They come with an Allen key for fixing the screws. It's a nice touch except that I have a gazillion Allen keys from other bike stuff, so perhaps an option without yet another hex wrench might be interesting.Excellent and good value for money.

Good Shimano SPD type cleats - install, wear and feel just like any original cleats I've used.
