Pros: These are the strongest Velcro products I have come across. The adherence of the hook and loop patches to each other is so tight, it almost makes them difficult to separate. If the need is for a really strong closure, this product cannot be beaten. Cons: None

Bought this to replace a broken zipper on a pillow and close the opening while still making it accessible for washing. Sewing them on took some time, but once I velcroed them together, it held the pillow opening shut. I have very basic sewing skills, so it would be easy for anyone to attach. After a few weeks, it’s still going strong and hasn’t come apart.

I used them for knee supports which I use when exercising. I washed the knee supports every day. The Velcro gets less supple and quite hard when washed repeatedly.

I sewed these at the top of a macrame handbag that did not have a closure. Worked well. It is nice having a closure now, more secure.

I didn't like the way my jeans fastened at the waist - the button on them stuck out too far and I wanted a flatter profile and faster release for bathroom trips. I removed the button, stitched the buttonhole closed and used the pre cut velcro pieces to make the jeans work for me. I sometimes have quick runs to the bathroom and even dealing with a button was too much. Velcro is much better. I didn't want to buy a roll of velcro because it would be too much. These pieces are the perfect size.
