Best polenta I’ve ever had!
This was the best texture and flavor! It was wonderful topped with homemade meat sauce and freshly grated Parmesano Reggiano ! The only think I disliked was having to constantly stir the polenta to prevent lumps and sticking to the bottom of the pot. It took 50 minutes to get to the proper texture and hydration state. Still, it was worth the effort!

The very best fine polenta
I bought this Moretti Fioretto polenta for years until my local Italian grocery stopped carrying it and I couldn't find it anywhere online for a reasonable price. Tried many other brands and never found anything that came close. Now I've discovered that Amazon is carrying it and it's the same excellent quality as I previously experienced. The consistency is really fine and creamy when cooked, no lumps or gritty texture. Awesome with a good osso buco.I plan to stock up in anticipation of it disappearing again. The packages are vacuum sealed so it should last quite a while on the shelf. The expiration date on the packages I bought in January 2019 is out to April 2021.

Pricey but wonderful in both cornbread and crust for fried oysters!
Tried both Arrowhead and Bob's Mill org. med grind and both were sooooo coarse & gritty. Can't get fine ground- next down is corn starch. Saw sugg on reddit for fine polenta, so i tried and LOVED this. would not spend $10/500g again though.

Best Polenta
We bought this after seeing a polenta recipe from the French Laundry (Thomas Keller). It was fabulous, although we only used about 3/4 of the polenta that recipe called for. Also, because it is very fine, polenta cooked in about half the time. Although this product is significantly more expensive, it is well worth it. We’ve reordered twice. You’ll never go back to regular polenta after trying this

Delicious polenta
Cooks in about15 to 20 minutes. I use 1/4 cup polenta to about 1 cup water. (Depends on how thick you like it.) Need to stir often and add a little more water as needed. Great flavor. Nice, smooth texture.
