This is good product. Good build quality and overall water purifying works great as well. Good value for money. Product works silently.

The water purifier does an amazing job and it would be the best if you are looking for a UV purifier. The water quality is good. The water flow is slow, but that speed is adequate for the water to get purified by the UV rays.BUT their service is really bad. I got the purifier on 26th Dec and it got installed on 4th Jan. Though the installation was scheduled for the delivery date, nobody contacted me for installation. Then I rescheduled the installation for the next day in their website and then also nobody contacted me. I again rescheduled it and the same happened. Then I contacted their customer care and they assigned somebody for the installation and provided his phone number. Unfortunately that guy didn't pick my call or used to cut the call. Finally when he picked up, he assured me to sent someone for the installation the same day or the very next day. That also didn't happen and he never picked up the call again.Then I contacted Amazon customer care and they escalated the issue as Eureka Forbes is supposed to do the installation process within 72 hours of delivery. A big thanks to Amazon customer care. Because of them only I got my water purifier installed.Later when someone contacted me from Eureka Forbes for the feedback, I told them all these and they apologized me. But as I understood, their customer care and service people are not coordinating properly. Though the customer care assigns someone for the service, no one from the service does it.I don't know how the service is in other cities. Atleast in KOCHI, they are the worst. If you are from Kochi, I suggest you to buy some other water purifier, not Aquaguard. The product is really good, but once the purifier gets damaged/ not working/ needs routine service, I don't know when someone will come and fix it. Since water purifier is an indispensable product, the service is also equally important as the product.

The product is awesome. It maintains the tds as it is, does not change the taste of the water either. I would say no complaints so far and its a great product.

Good product using since 30 days. No complaint till now. Filtering water quickly. Value for money and looks good.

The "Aquaguard Marvel NXT (RO+UV+UF+Active Copper Tech)" is working fine and is as described. Package comes with inlet and outlet pipe, diverter valve, wall fitting screws/bolts, warranty card (with QR code for online user manual, no paper user manual), Aquaguard TDS meter (part of the main package itself), alkaline water bottle (also part of main product package itself). Has lightweight plastic body. As for water taste, I was used to Bisleri 20L water jars, and am not really liking the taste of this RO filtered/enhanced water.Performance parameters as observed on first day:TDS of input water: 1750-1950.Output TDS from first run: 430-450.Output TDS after 2 times filling and emptying the 6.2 liter storage: 370-390.Output TDS seen after 2 days (more than 40 liter filtered) of use: 250-280.TDS of waste water: 2800-3000Water filtration rate: About 6ml/sec. (Took 55 minutes to fill up 20l container.)Installation was 'free' as described, except for prices of extra items bought. In my location at South Kolkata (Survey Park), installation was done in afternoon on the same day of morning delivery, after I scheduled a time-slot on the "Eureka Forbes | Aquaguard" app.Installation guys were trying to sell external "sediment filter + iron removal filter" at Rs 2700+, saying that this is 'required' and this is the 'process'. Since my input water TDS ranged between 1700-1900, and the RO specification clearly supported upto 2000 TDS, I did not want external iron removal filter, and wanted only sediment filter (which serves as a precaution against solid particles which occasionally can be found). Installation guys started with saying that install cannot be done if they don't fit the "sediment filter + iron removal filter", but after deliberations and calls they made to their supervisors, they finally agreed.Total cost from installation:Sediment filter - Rs 1070.Two fitting valves needed for sediment filter (the sediment filter package came with PL4 size, needed PL6 size) - Rs 100.External cover - Rs 450.Total: Rs 1620.

Product is wonderful . Definitely recommendable.The installation was offered free and quick.Much better than the one we using earlier brand
