The taste isn't bad or good but's vanilla so you can put whatever you want in there (it's why I got vanilla). I think it lasted for over 15 days tbh. When mixed it's not thick and it literally is just 2 scoops (albeit they are large - but they are provided so...). You can drink it similar to a normal milkshake which is rare with protein powders. I will be ordering again as I'm trying to get to 14 stone now, then I'll probably buy more of your lots stuff haha!

Firstly this tasted amazing which is always so important when it comes to protein shakes. Secondly it really did help me put on mass, I used one of these shakes almost as a 4th or 5th meal in the day as I normally would struggle to hit my macros for carbs when bulking. You know you're getting good stuff with BSN and this did exactly what I needed to do, I will definitely be buying again when I run out.

The powder is okay but i wouldn't recommend it to others, as the ingredients displayed on amazon is false. And the ingredients showed on the product i have is very different. The flavour is okay, but after it gets to the bottom of the bag.. The flavour starts to taste very stale and bitter. like it wasn't just protein powder. it really loses it taste and flavour as you finish the to bottom of the bag. but when you mix it with ICE CUBES.. it taste better.. WITHOUT ICE CUBES. its very bad in flavour. BETTER WITH ICE CUBES or a cold milk drink.

This has a lot of maltodextrin. First time I took even half of dose and it gave me a noticable blood sugar spike and chills (apparently because of sugar crash later). I am not a diabetic and absolutely healthy young person. Now 2 days after I started taking this crap I caught a cold and I never felt worse. I know if I wasn't taking it I wouldn't catch that cold and even if I would it would not be so severe. Now I am bed ridden with sinus infection instead of training at the gym. So think twice fellows gym goers. Read about it and found out that maltodextrin changes something inside your GI tract and this affects immune cells. I guess it is hard to find a decent weight gainer nowadays that doesn't impact your health negatively.... Can't they just use damn oat flour + sugar instead?? Obviously would be healthier alternative. Maltodextrine = bad.

Ich habe mich für den Weight Gainer von BSN entschieden, da er im Vergleich zu anderen Gainern relativ wenig Zucker enthält (man muss dafür auf Amazon auf andere Größen / Geschmacksrichtungen des Hersteller schauen, nicht jede Produktseite hat Angaben zu den Inhaltsstoffen). Der Shake von BSN enthält 9,5% Zucker, was ich für einen Weight Gainer sehr akzeptabel finde - manch andere Gainer enthalten um die 45% Zucker, das ist für mich persönlich ein absolutes No-Go! Da mir die Geschmacksrichtung Vanilla Ice Cream auch richtig gut schmeckt und sich super in der kalten Milch auflöst, will ich momentan garkeinen anderen Shake probieren und bestelle diesen wieder. Ich mische ihn momentan übrigens mit etwas Vanille Proteinshake um das Verhältnis Kohlenhydrate/Proteine ein bisschen in Richtung Proteine zu verlagern - funktioniert super und schmeckt.

If you're a hard gainer such as myself, then I can recommend this product. In three weeks I've already gained one kilo and that's a hard feat for me. Taste is good, although a bit too sweet for my taste, would be great to have a less sweet taste like bitter chocolate. It perfectly dissolves and the texture is really good, no problems there. You need two bags a month so it is quite pricey, but then again you're paying for convenience and results, in the end it's worth it. Only real complain is the quality of the zip, it's really bad and it takes a while to properly close the bag. For such a price please invest in a better system.

Great product. Tastes good with ice and milk. Definitely recommend for people who are trying to gain some weight.
