My doctor recommended that I take a calcium supplement as women tend to not get enough in their diet, and wind up with osteoporosis, fragile bones, broken hips and the like so, I have taken quite an assortment of calcium supplements. I discovered these after casting about for a replacement for Oscal after California put them out of business. They are a nice oval shape, not huge, and smooth so they go down easily, and I have had no issues with these upsetting my stomach as so many other did in my search for a new source of calcium. Each tablet provides half of the total daily requirement - so pretty standard strength, so if your diet is pretty good you can take one, and if you think you need it add a second, discuss with you doctor is always a good idea. As I take these daily, and will forever, I did cost comparisons - pennies add up over time - and these were middle of the pack. The company seems to have a reasonable reputation for selling what they say they are, which is a more important aspect of supplements than cost, so that made me more comfortable. My recent bone density scan made my doctor very happy, so apparently these are doing exactly what they are supposed to do. I have these on subscription so I never have to think about them. This works to make taking care of that aspect of my health easy. Very pleased.

Hi , my name is Annette and I have been taking Caltrate 600 plus D3 for over fifteen years and trust me, it does work. Years ago I had a issue with my elbow where I weren't able to bend my hand and a friend told me to go and get this product at the pharmacy and after taking this for only two days the pain stopped and I was able to bend my elbow and its almost eighteen years and I have never had that issue again. I have been buying this product for years and I try to take one every day. O er the years I have always recommend this product to person whenever I hear them complain about joint pain. Highly recommend this product, it works wonders 👌

I have been on these vitamins for years only they have always been in a pink bottle. I kept looking couldn’t find any. So whenever I look T bad bottle same thing . Color of bottle has been changed not as many in te bottle S one I was ordering so I have to order more from now on

Has really helped keep my calcium levels up where they need to be. Not too bad to swallow.

Good vitamin

I have taken Caltrate for a long time now. This version is different from the pink-colored bottle I had bought previously. In any case, it is still similar as far as the calcium contents are. I am satisfied with it and will continue to buy when my current supply runs out.

Bought 3 bottles of 120/bottle but they expire in Dec this year. Would be good if we are informed of expiry dates.

Of the 4 bottles ordered, 1 bottle has an expiry date of Dec'2020 and the remaining 3 have an expiry date of 03/21!! we cannot consume the tablets within the expiry dates. There was no information of this in the product description.
