I ordered these to protect my kitchen work tops, this is the second order of trivets from this seller because they are perfect for my needs. Good quality good value for money.

After decades of standing hot things taken from the oven onto the gas hob, the installation of an induction hob meant we had to rethink how to do things. These mats work really well. I often put roasting trays straight from a 220-degrees oven onto them and they take the heat no problem, and so protect the work surface underneath. Because there are four separate mats rather than one big one, they are very flexible as to how you use them - close together for a large protected area, or individually for particular smaller jobs. It's a simple product that does its job brilliantly.

These trivets are perfect for protecting where anything that is hot needs to be placed. They are a good thickness, practical size and easy to clean afterwards should any spills occur. Very pleased with this purchase and very happy to recommend.

I rarely write reviews on products that I purchase, mostly because there's not much to say, they're usually just ok so I don't bother. However, I am so pleased with these trivets that I had to do a review. I'm often told that I have impossible standards, so if I say something is amazing, it must be true. The trivets are exactly as described - they are extra thick, the perfect size, easy to clean, no funny odor, and the colors are exactly what is shown online. I've placed extremely hot cookware on it, used it as a drying mat for glassware, opened jars with it, and it still looks brand new. For anyone looking for amazing trivets at an amazing price - this is the one! I'm hoping that the seller would consider making extra large ones, like 24 inches, to use as kitchen counter protectors. I would definitely purchase it!

Very small. Picture is deceiving. Should have sent them back honestly. Do not really serve a purpose with their size. Even if using more than 1. Flimsy.

GREAT for protecting counters from hot pans. No slip, easy to clean, look great. BUT, be careful if you try to use them to remove something hot as you would a regular cloth hot pad. If you fold the pad in your hand to get and remove something from the stove or oven, the waffle pattern that helps with heat protection will stretch and leave your fingers with only a thin piece of silicone between you and the 400 degree metal.

I got the 4-pack set of the grey 9" x 12" rectangular silicone trivets. They seem well made and the price was just right. Thickness is good for most applications and I like that they can be stacked to provide more heat protection to countertop, if needed. Size is perfect to accommodate my everday cookware -- Countertop oven baking pan, microwave casserole dish, saute pan, teapot, and soup/saucepan. Straddled side-by-side, they can be used under a cookie sheet or roasting pan. Wish that these trivets didn't have a precut hanging hole as that prevents them from doing double duty as a countertop drain board for dishware, produce, craft brushes, etc. Tried using them as pot holders, but found them too large/bulky for that. Of course, these trivets don't have to be relegated to kitchen duty -- They are great for other things such as a mat for hair appliances, laundry detergent jugs, hand tools, etc. Oh and, by-the-way, the actual size is 9" x 11.75" not 12 inch.
