Measures skips very well. Lightweight and easy to use. Comes with both the balls for indoor skipping and the rope for outdoor skipping. Easy to adjust length of the rope easy to put together. Counts calories burned which is very good. Definitely Value for money. Connects to the app which tracks your progress and also has skipping missions beginner intermediate etc. definitely useful I use it while watching tv and it’s amazing how many ships you can do in that time without realising

Great product, easy to set up and links straight to the app. it has great little challenges and is really good at keeping you motivated. Just like using a real skipping rope but without getting tangled up or hitting the lights! The weight is ideal too, feels like you are using a full skipping rope. Also comes with an actual skipping rope if that's what you prefer and it's easy to adjust the length. Really good value for money and comes with batteries. Really happy with it.

Handles and cordless rope works great but the app is pretty basic and has issues with syncing the right date. Any time I don’t open the app and skip it add my skip to January 2021!!! App now deleted but “rope” still useful if you lack space etc

I wanted to get into skipping because I was trying to increase my cardio and also burn some more calories as I'm cutting, skipping seem to be the perfect exercise as it burns the most calories per minute compared to other cardio based exercises. These skipping ropes work best with the app Renpho Health, not Fit or any other Renpho apps. Renpho Health is there best working and newest app on phones, so use that one. If you are already using Renpho fit then it can transfer all your data over to Renpho Health. The skipping ropes themselves have very good grip and the volume on them seems to be of adequate levels to be able to hear it while skipping even if there is music playing out of speakers near by. The quality of the rope is good, I cut off the excess amount with some garden clippers as the extra rope kept getting tangled while skipping or brushing against my hand which was distracting. The reason I chose smart skipping ropes over normal skipping ropes is because I liked the idea of being able to read the data gathered for the sessions, to see my jump per minute speed, calories burnt, max jumps in a row, etc. All this information keeps me motivated to continue using the skipping rope and allows me to properly use that information towards dieting as well. The app also provides challenges at different tiers, and also puts you up against other people in the world or your home country so you can have friendly competitions for first place every day, week or month.

These are brilliant, I can use it indoors not having any worry about hitting the ceiling. Brilliant workout. Great value for money. Weight is not heavy so it pretty light really.

It arrived yesterday, about the only thing I was unhappy about was the fact that it was not in packaging. They'd simply stuck a label on the outside of the Rhenpho box, so the whole thing was visible. The set arrived in a cardboard box, had two AAA batteries, a length of the plastic coated metal rope which can be adjusted to user height, as it is pushed into the handles and locked in place, two short ends with balls on, two handles, one with a counter and one without and caps to cover the rope ends when attached to the handles, plus a set of instructions. It was really easy to set up, as the bluetooth synced on my phone, but I had to upload the free Rhenpho Fit app first. I decided to try the short ball ended wires, as it was dark outside and I wanted to use it inside. It was easy to set up, I tried 400 jumps and started it up, synced to my app and it counted down, easy! The jumps went by quickly, the handle and app counted down to show how many jumps were still needed to be done. The handle beeped to tell me the target had been reached and the app showed the jump total, time taken and calories used. I did it again before bed and managed a total of 1000 jumps in total, it felt like it, but in a good way. My only advice, put a decent sports bra on if you have a bust, the bounce can cause chest pain if boobs are not controlled fully. Live and learn I guess. I have the Rhenpho scales too and can't rate the brand enough!

This item is really easy to set up and connect to your phone. I've just used the shortened "rope". Whilst it is good at getting you motivated to skip the counter to keep track of revolutions is the stuff of fantasy. It hugely over-estimates the number of revolutions and therefore the data recorded in the app becomes a nonsense. But the item is well made and the app seems pretty well designed.

It is good. The coating on the rope cracks easy when you attach it to the handles, but it doesnt seams to break it. It works as intended.

Très bon produit. Solide et élégant. Compte tour parfait. Livré avec corde. Le mode sans corde permet de travailler le cardio sans avoir à se soucier de la corde. Juste parfait !
