Brilliant tidy bin - paid to have the box put together - not impressed - confirmed arrival at 9.30 am. Arrived at 2.45?? Reported problem - not even an apology

Sturdy, waterproof piece of storage. Although took longer than expected to build, but everything went together. Probably bigger than we realised but very useful to have that extra storage for our garden cushions and parasols etc.

Did a lot of research, into this unit, before purchasing. Contacted seller, to ask that the unit was delivered to my back garden, as i live in a terrace. The 63Kilo unit was delivered by one man, who could not lift the unit and did not have any equipment to assist him, in getting it to my house. I was offered all sorts of excuses. He must have known that he couldn't deliver this item, by himself, when it was loaded on to his van. He ended up pushing the unit, on the ground, all the way to my house, risking damaging the unit. It was also delivered on the wrong day and it was fortunate I was at home. After it was built, I was dismayed to find there was a half inch gap ,that runs along the back of the unit, where the lid meets the main body of the unit. I expected it to be a sealed unit. Contacted manufacturers and was told gap was to allow lid to be lifted, but that is not clear in their advertising blurb. I was asked to send photos, which I did. Got no response. Why the item has two ventilation panels is a mystery, as this gap is wide enough for air circulation, debris, and mice, to get in. Bought the unity to store a mobility scooter and I am now concerned that vermin will easily gain access to the unit. Had I known there would be a gap in the unit I would never have purchased it. Seller took no responsibility and neither did the manufacturers. Very disappointed.

Product was good but damaged once packaging was open!Had to utilise damaged panel as I needed the product for storage asap

Great storage even if the top isn’t quite as secure as expected when locked.

Packaging severely damaged. Pieces snapped off the interlocking base and side vent pieces cracked and bashed in. In new condition I'm sure this would be pretty good but what I received was not new.

Brilliant shed took 2 to put together. Looks the business.

Assembled this today took 2.5 hours in total working on my own. Excellent pictorial instructions and generally easy assembly. all holes pre-drilled so the only requirement was a screwdriver (preferably electric -as there are many many screws), didn't have to drill any holes at all. Reasonably solid on completion and well braced. The only area of assembly that could have used two pairs of hands was getting the roof on, but fortunately for me the shed behind served as a holder while I got the screws in. No problem lifting it for me (6' 4" and reasonably built). Very pleased with the final result.
