Poor customer service
Ordered this product but it was the wrong filters for my product. Have tried to get answer from company for refund but no joy it has been a week. Won’t be using this company again. Filters look fine and are Elica ones.

Genuine replacement for Elica extractor
Used to replace a filter that was in use for five years. Original filter was no longer able to remove cooking odours.
